Dr Lucinda Harman special transport

Donation protected
Dr Harman has been instrumental in legitimizing functional neurology through her work as former Executive Director of ACNB and the current Executive Director of IBFN (International Board of Functional Neurology).

In 2010 she was injured and it caused visual distortion which stopped her from being able to drive.  Thanks to the work of Dr Charles Shidlofsky, a neuro-optometrist affiliated with IAFNR, she is now able to see well enough to drive.  Her genetic disabilities require a heavily converted vehicle.  While vocational rehabilitation will convert a vehicle, she must purchase one.

Dr Harman, because of her absolute needs for Medicare and Medicaid, has personal income limits.  A supplemental needs trust has been arranged and people may donate to that trust to facilitate her needs so she can continue to work in the field, advance our profession, and help those in need of medical healing.  This vehicle is also essential to transport her to and from her many personal doctors appointments.  She needs this converted vehicle so she can attend conferences such as IAFNR, NORA, and other affiliated association meetings.

We are starting this GoFundMe Campaign in an attempt to raise $3,000 to get Dr Harman to the October 2018 IAFNR conference.  Then an additional $35,000 to purchase the van that will then be converted so she can be independent in driving.

We hope to raise the initial $3,000 by October 15.

We hope to raise the additional $35,000 for the van by December 31, 2018.
