After completing the New Life Program at Harvest Farm in Wellington, Colorado, I was proud to earn a 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer. This vehicle represented a fresh start and a symbol of the hard work I put into my recovery journey. Unfortunately, in June, my driver's license was suspended and my insurance was terminated. Wanting to do the right thing, I chose not to drive without a legal license and parked my vehicle at a city park. Despite my efforts to follow the law, my Trail Blazer was impounded by the police.

Now, as I continue my recovery and work toward rebuilding my life, I am facing the challenge of getting my vehicle back. I am not currently bringing in income, which makes it difficult to cover the costs needed to release my car, reinstate my insurance, pay registration fees, and get my driver's license back. Having my vehicle is essential for my independence and for moving forward in my recovery.
