I’m Douglas, and I’m raising funds to bring ProjMOS, LLC to life. This new business venture was born from a challenge I have seen again and again throughout my career: organizations invest in systems, technologies, processes, and management frameworks, yet still struggle to operate as one connected enterprise. After years of working with organizations on business operations, documentation, learning systems, process improvement, technology, and organizational effectiveness, I began developing a different approach. ProjMOS, LLC is an Enterprise Operating System designed to help organizations better connect how they plan, operate, govern, improve, learn, and grow.

I have already invested significant time, personal resources, research, and professional experience into shaping the ProjMOS, LLC vision, framework, business model, product ecosystem, and commercialization strategy. Now I need support to move from planning and development into launch and execution.
