Hi, my name is Ellie and my Uncle Doug was just diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. Let me tell you a little about this awesome man...

Doug was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1957. He graduated from Pioneer high school followed by Northern Michigan University. Doug has always played sports and is lifelong supporter of U of M Wolverines (GO BLUE!). In fact, he loves sports so much that he’s the go to guy for stats on most teams for Basketball, Football, Baseball – college or pro. Doug has been married to his lovely wife for 19 years and they have two teenage sons. Doug works tirelessly for his family and most people would say he is the most optimistic person they know.

Doug is currently receiving chemotherapy and will have surgery in the next couple of months. We are starting this fundraiser to help pay for Doug's medical care and lost wages from time off work. Please help us support Doug and his family during this difficult time. Thank you!!
