Help Doug with Medical Expenses and Monthly Bills
Donation protected
As many of you know on the 7th of July I took my father Doug to the hospital due to him being in pain and not being able to move his right leg. We went to the emergency room at Jordan valley hospital where an MRI done and determined that my dad had a mass of some sort on his spinal cord. Immediately we were transferred to St. Marks hospital so my dad could see a neurological surgeon to see what was going on with his spine. 3 more MRIs later at St. Marks it was determined, that there was too much blood to tell exactly what is going on with my dads spine. My father Doug has either a tumor on his spine or a bursted blood vascular vessel in his actual spinal cord. Due to my dad having blood in his spine he has to wait 4 weeks to have another MRI when the bleeding has cleared up to determine what kind of surgery will be needed. My dad spent 7 days in St. Marks hospital stuck in bed in lots of pain. My father finally was released from the hospital on July 14th but is at home using a walker and will soon be starting physical therapy. My dad will be out of work until he has surgery and is fully recovered from whatever it is that is going on with him.
The reason I am setting up this Go Fund Me for my father Doug is to help him not only with medical expenses, but to help also with rent, bills, groceries and day to day living expenses while he is out of work . If you know my dad you know that he’d give the shirt off his back to help who ever he possibly could. Any donations at all are very appreciated ❤️❤️
