Help Doug Heal: Support a Father’s Fight After Stomach Cancer

Our dear friend Doug is in the middle of the fight of his life — and while he's showing incredible strength and resilience, he needs our help more than ever.

Doug recently underwent a life-saving surgery to remove his stomach after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. Though the surgery was successful, it marks the beginning of a long, life-changing journey. He now faces a completely new reality: learning how to eat, move, and live all over again — all while trying to stay strong for his three sons who depend on him.

Doug has always been someone who shows up for others, no matter what he’s going through. With limited resources, he’s consistently gone above and beyond to help friends, family, and even strangers. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.

He will be unable to work for a while, and even then, his physical limitations will drastically reduce what he’s able to do. He does not qualify for disability, and his limited health insurance barely begins to cover the astronomical medical bills he’s facing.
