Doug Duenow, local radio personality, musician and friend to many, recently faced a life-changing event. On March 6, while having supper, Doug suffered a mini stroke (TIA). When he regained consciousness, he found himself on his kitchen floor in severe pain. He had fallen from his stool and broken his hip. Doug spent the next two weeks in the hospital, undergoing neurological testing and having his hip surgically pinned.

Now that Doug is home and focusing on recovery, reality is setting in. He needs help covering medical expenses, rehabilitation, and daily living costs. While Doug is maintaining a positive outlook, his road to recovery will be long and challenging. The financial strain of mounting bills is making this journey even harder.
