Yesterday afternoon, my dad, Doug, and his wife, Jo-Anne, experienced a devastating loss when their RV caught fire at their Florida RV park. It appears the fire started from the fridge, and in just moments, everything they owned was gone.

Thankfully, a wonderful neighbor was able to rescue their beloved dogs, Sandy and Bear, but aside from the clothes on their backs, they lost everything. Their neighbors have been incredibly generous, offering them a place to stay and helping in any way they can, and we are beyond grateful for their kindness.

While they do have insurance, the process takes time, and in the meantime, they need the basics—clothing, toiletries, and other essentials to get through the next few weeks. Any donation, big or small, will help them start to rebuild and get back on their feet.
