I met Doug a few years ago in Los Angeles. He was in need of food for his dog, and was so grateful for the help I gave him that day. After that, I would occasionally see him on my drive to work and everytime I did, it would make my day. I had never met someone who was so loving and grateful despite the hardships him and his wife had been through. Medical problems and car troubles ultimately led to Doug and his wife getting stuck in LA longer than expected. They have been living out of their car while just getting by financially.

Doug and Cheryl have been wanting to drive back home to Texas for a while, but need a new vehicle that runs and is reliable. I'm raising funds to get them a new vehicle and money for gas. These two people are so deserving and are so grateful for any help they get.
