Help Dorothy with End-of-Life Care and Expenses

Hello! My name is Nicole and I'm raising funds on behalf of my family; specifically my Grandma, Dorothy Morin Haverty. In May of 2023 she was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in her right breast. She underwent 9 months of chemo, 2 months of radiation and surgery to remove the tumor. She was cancer free for less than a year before it was found to have metastasized to her liver, surrounding lymph nodes, and her spine.

She's starting a new chemo again, but the odds aren't in her favor. Even if she responds to the chemo, she was given sixth months to a year to live. This has been a huge blow to our family, both emotionally as well as financially. My grandma does not have much and the only income she has is through social security, which, after paying for rent, amounts to very little. Our family has been helping where we can, but none of us have the money to help my grandma in the way that she needs.

The funds from this campaign will go towards groceries, funeral expenses, end of life care, and the many more doctor visits she will need. Every dollar helps, and we are so thankful for whoever is able to spare us their time.
