Help Dorothy Recover from Severe Stroke

Hello. Some of you may know my grandparents, Dorothy and Lathan Jumper. They are known farmers in the Gilbert area and have been married for 58 years. On January 8th, Grandma suffered a severe stroke and required surgery. She got back home 2-3 weeks ago and is currently homebound until she is able to work with therapy. We have home health and a social worker involved, but they do not qualify for assistance with medical bills, a caregiver, or some medical supplies. They’ve always given back to the community and have donated produce to their local church. I’ve contemplated back and forth creating a GoFundMe, but anything could help. We are grateful for all the support and prayers during this stressful time.
