My son Donovan is a loving, bright, and resilient child with autism who deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood. Over the past few months, our family has faced several difficult incidents involving his care, safety, and access to the services and education he needs. These situations have made it necessary for us to seek legal support to advocate for Donovan's rights and ensure he receives the proper accommodations, protections, and services he is entitled to.
