Help Donovan Fight Cancer & Keep Their Home: A Love That Refuses to Quit
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONATED PLEAEE DONT FEEL THE NEED TO DONATE AGAIN WE HAD A GOD FUND ME THAT OUR DAUGHTER STARTED IT WASNT GETTING ANY LOVE SO WE SHUT IT DOWN A FEW MONTHS AGO AND I TRIED TO MAKE A GO IF IT ON MY OWN AND I AM STRUGGLING!!! That being said ………. This isn’t a fairytale love — it’s the kind that fights, that bleeds, that shows up. Through fear and faith, laughter and tears, our love has stood its ground. Help Donovan and me keep our home, our hope, and our hearts steady as we face cancer together. Hi, my name is Aimee, and this is my husband, Donovan.
We’ve built a life together the long way — with love, grit, laughter, a whole lot of kids, and the kind of bond that comes from weathering storms side by side. After 15 years together, we finally made it official this year, surrounded by our family and friends — a day full of joy, hope, and promise.
What most people don’t know is that Donovan had already been diagnosed with cancer when we got married.
Six months after his diagnosis, I planned a wedding in secret — not because it made sense, not because life was easy, but because love doesn’t wait for perfect timing. I wanted him to have a day where cancer didn’t get to lead, where joy showed up anyway, and where he felt just how deeply loved he is.
Donovan is facing cancer with the same quiet strength and humor he’s always had, even while enduring exhausting treatments, countless appointments, and days where just getting out of bed is a victory. I work as much as I can while also being his full-time support — driving to treatments, sitting through appointments, managing medications, and holding him through the hardest moments.
The truth is: cancer doesn’t just attack the body.
It drains finances, steals time, and leaves families trying to stay afloat while pretending everything is fine.
We are asking for help — not because we want to, but because we need to.
Donations will go directly toward:
• Medical bills and treatment costs
• Travel to and from appointments
• Medications not fully covered by insurance
• Basic living expenses while cancer temporarily runs the show
Every dollar helps. Every share matters. Every kind word reminds us we’re not doing this alone.
If you can give, thank you.
If you can share, thank you.
If all you can do is send love — we feel that too.
We believe in fighting with faith, love, and a stubborn refusal to give up. Donovan is worth every ounce of this fight, and we are holding onto hope — one day, one treatment, one miracle at a time.
From the bottom of our hearts,
Thank you for standing with us.
