I am creating this account on behalf of my dad. The man, the myth, the legend, Donny “Peepee” Stricklin. With God beside him every step of the way, Donny has been defeating cancer and everything that goes with it. After receiving a liver transplant in August of this year (the first case to be done at UAB for metastatic disease) he has had quite the difficult recovery. Frequent hospitalizations and very minimal time home has been the biggest test of faith one could imagine. With my mom, Lorrie “Lala”, by his side, every single step of the way. My parents are NOT the type to ever ask for a single thing. Both have worked and still work as much as they can but have had to step away quite a bit due to the hospital stays, lab testings, and other appointments. All donations will go to lessening the financial burden of this battle that “Peepee” and “Lala” are fighting. If you are able, please give.
