Help Donna see her sister Lisa

Lisa was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer almost 10 years ago, shortly after being married. It progressed, as cancer does, over the last 9 years despite treatment and trials. 

Family means a lot to Lisa and living in a different state during this COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult to visit with family. 

Donna, one of Lisa's older sisters lives in New York and is a nurse. As if being a health care worker during a pandemic wasn't difficult enough, it is also making it difficult for Donna to see Lisa, 

As a nurse, Donna is always the one caring for others and we would like to help take care of Donna.  If she flies to see Lisa, she will have to come back to NY and quarantine without pay and any days she is away are without pay. 

We are seeking to help Donna cover some costs to make sure she can take the time she needs to spend time with her sister and not have to worry about financial burdens of traveling.

We appreciate anything you can give. Donna is the most incredible person. She ia always giving 110% to everything and everyone. She was beyond helpful with my grandma in her last moments as support to my family. She always lives life to the fullest and always ready for a laugh.
