Hello, my friends. I’m reaching out because I’m facing a tough time and could really use your support. After struggling with medical issues involving my foot and knee, I need to attend both physical and occupational therapy, but I can’t afford my monthly insurance payments. On top of that, my garbage disposal broke last week, and now my freezer is leaking all over my kitchen floor. These unexpected repairs have made things even harder, and I’m finding it difficult to keep up with daily life—like taking out the trash or making it to my day program, which helps me stay on track with my recovery from alcohol.

Back in 2022, after Covid-19, I started a day program to help me avoid falling back into old habits. I’m doing my best to stay positive, but with a hearing coming up on February 12 and so many things going wrong at once, I’m feeling overwhelmed and a bit hopeless.
