My name is Donna, and I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. Recently, I’ve been facing serious medical issues that have required ongoing care. As many of you may know, I fought breast cancer in 2017. I thought that I would have some reprieve after overcoming the double mastectomy, infection, and almost losing my life with sepsis in 2018. Now, a rupture of the silicon implant has taken its toll and another surgery is needed.

On top of all this, I lost my job, and the combination of these hardships has been overwhelming, but I’m determined to find a way forward.

The funds raised here will go directly toward my medical bills, and help cover essential daily expenses.

As most of you know me through gymnastics, I remain part of the sport through judging. Once I recover from my upcoming surgery, I plan on getting back into the gym to share my expertise and love for the sport by teaching and coaching.
