Help Donna Overcome Medical and Financial Crisis

Hello,

I'm writing to ask for assistance during a very difficult time for my family. For background information, I was on vacation in August when I suffered a head injury from a fall. After being airlifted to the hospital, I underwent a series of tests, imaging, and bloodwork. To date, I have been in and out of the hospital for treatment of the head wound and subsequent infections. My most recent hospital visit was due to a ruptured vein, causing me to bleed from my nose and mouth. I have been experiencing many side effects since the injury and have not been cleared to return to work. As a result, I was let go from my job.

I am seeking assistance from the state, charity care, and any state programs that I can but have not yet been able to get the help that my family so desperately needs. If anyone can provide me with any additional resources in NJ that could help my situation, I would greatly appreciate it. Additionally, if you can help my family in any way, even by just sharing this GoFundMe post, I would be forever grateful.
