Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read the story of my Grandmother, Donna Marie Lloyd (Krampf). She is currently battling stage 4 Cancer at the age of 80. The cancer has spread throughout her body very aggressively, and the doctors expect her to be with the Lord very soon. She is currently living in South Carolina , but my heart deeply desires to bring her home to Maryland for a proper burial. I understand this fundraiser may not reach its goal, so we do also have options in SC for a cremation. All donations will be used towards her end of life preparations.
Furthermore, I'd like to tell you about my life will MalMal. As a child, I would spend hours upon hours with my grandma. She would spend most her time with us kids (my brother Daniel & I) too. After she got off work from aacps she would come to our house and walk through our back gate as my brother and I were playing in the backyard and we would always run to her excitedly, and she would always have some sort of surprise to give us. My mom, Lisa, would fix us all up a good ol summers day lunch, a lunchmeat sandwich with tata chips that we all enjoyed outside at the picnic table by the pool. We would spend Christmases over her house with her immaculately decorated tree full of moving bits and bobs, and the home was filled with laughter, coffee, and good times. Even being there to visit, she would always let us eat up her snacks, or she'd make of the best fried eggs in grease. We would go shopping together, out to eat, pretty much where I was she was. This also included my Momma Lisa & both of my Uncles, Freddie and my late Uncle Robert. We were very tight knit and shared the absolute best of times. Freddie was the funny one, he made us kids laugh to tears. Robert was the big kid, who kept us littles out of everyone's hair . My mom, Lisa, was of course the responsibile one, who ensured everyone was fed, and well taken care of no matter who you were. I know the family being together like that was my Grandmothers happy place, I know it was mine. This is how I would like to remember her as she transitions to the afterlife. I will be enroute to SC tomorrow to be with her during this time.
This fundraiser means a lot to me, and I am so grateful for any and all support that we receive. My grandmother is pretty damn awesome, and if I could give her the world I would. ❤️
