My friend Donna Musella & her daughter Maria Musella are trying to pay back predatory loans they received through the CARE card when they took their kitties Aiden, Robin & Magic to a veterinarian to be euthanized after multiple illnesses over the course of the last ten months.

After the first six months, the interest payments have gone from $16/month (plus payment on the original loan) to $90/month to $200/month! At this rate, they will have ever-increasing bills that can never be paid off.
