Meet my friend Donna and one of her current fur kids. Through rescue and our shared love of animals we have become good friends. Like many (me included) she lost her job last year. If any of you know how hard it is to find work as an educated and ambitious person you are aware of the struggles. I have observed Donna do everything she knows how to do to keep a roof over her and her fur kids. She makes amazing all natural dog cookies which are a real treat and the best hot or cold compresses for aches and pains. I know typically requests for funds are for folks battling some type of health issue and I must submit these life situations require so much from us.
