Hello. My name is Maliha Simmons. I am doing this Gofund me page for my mother Donna Burnette. A couple of weeks ago my mom fell and bump her head and she has a concussion and amnesia and seizure and COPD and asthma and her Blood is low and she has alot of test she has to take and she on disability and it some of it wont cover it and she has to back and forth for wakemed and chaple hill. So please we need your help to get her back to her 100 self and also the prayers also will be a great help.
