Help Donavan Fight Racism and Homelessness
Donation protected
My name is Donavan Ferguson. I’m a father, a teacher, and a victim of systemic racism in Indiana.
I was retaliated against and evicted after reporting unsafe apartment conditions — including no heat, no stove, and broken security. Instead of help, I was met with lies, harassment, and a rush to evict me once I reported it to corporate.
But it didn’t stop there. In court, I faced a biased judge, false accusations, and character attacks that mirrored the racism I experienced at the apartment. Even court security got involved — targeting me based on my tone, not my actions.
Now I’m homeless, living in my car, still working full-time as a teacher. I’m trying to protect my family, get justice, and escape a country that has made it clear Black life and truth are not valued.
I’m raising funds to:
Finish my legal fight (I have video/audio proof)
Relocate my family out of the U.S. for safety
Rebuild somewhere we can live free from fear
If you believe in justice, please donate, share, or connect me with journalists. I will not be silent. I will not be erased.
Thank you for reading. May God protect us all.
