Help Donald Manley Recover from ICU

Hello,

As many of you may know our father Donald Manley has been in the ICU since January 3rd 2025. A small tear in his stomach sent him into septic shock. He has been fighting day after day to get better and heal but this long ICU visit has taken a huge toll on his mobility and ability to even speak. He has finally been cleared to start rehab and was transferred to the rehabilitation center today to start his strength recovery. During this hard time with him having two properties, one in NY and one in Florida it’s been physically, emotionally, and mentally draining trying to keep everything together. With the law firm being the source of income and us not having a set time frame of when to expect him to fully recover, we can only go so far with bills. We are praying for a speedy turn around so we can get him home. When don is not in lawyer mode you can find him spending time with family and friends. His favorite activity to do is take his grandchildren to the movies and go shopping! It’s been a long month having to explain to his grandbabies why poppa hasn’t come home from the airplane yet. When I spoke to the doctors they weren’t giving a set date for him but they are hoping that by November of this year he will have regained his strength enough to be back with us here in NY.
