Donald, Casper, and Ariel are three young children who have just experienced a devastating tragedy. Yesterday, a camper fire in Fond du Lac claimed the life of their mother, Nichole. The children, ages 11, 9, and 6, lost everything in the fire and now face an uncertain future. Their oldest sibling, Skyler, was not in the fire and is safe. As their great aunt, I am reaching out to the community for help during this unimaginable time.
My sister is willing to raise these darlings with the help of their uncles, but our family needs a larger place to provide a safe and stable home. There will also be a custody battle, as their father, who is a registered sex offender, is fighting for custody of the children. On top of these challenges, we are also trying to raise funds to give Nichole a proper funeral and farewell. The costs of housing, legal fees, immediate needs, and funeral expenses are overwhelming for our family.
Any help to keep these kids together and safe, and to give their mother a proper farewell, will go a long ways. They are all special, and your support will make a real difference in their lives. Thank you for considering a donation or sharing this fundraiser. Together, we can give these children hope and a brighter future.
