Need help with unexpected medical bills due to traumatic motorcycle accident. Also looking to raise funds to put in functional toilet and vanity on first floor as I won't be able to walk up stairs for months to come.

Hi, my name is Don and on August 18th I was headed home on my Harley Davidson on some back roads. I came upon a turn on a wet road which had scattered gravel. My rear tire hit this gravel and kicked out and pulled me off the road. This is when my bike hit a tree on the right side. The bike and I continued along a grassy area when I ended up jumping over a culvert which threw me off the bike.

Everything happened so fast. When I woke up in the hospital, I found out I shattered my right Humerus, shattered me left Ulna, shattered my left Femur and knee. I basically destroyed my left foot and ankle. I fractured my L2 left transverse. I broke my right big toe and also fractured my right 2nd, 3rd, and 4th little toes. I broke my left 11th and 12th ribs. Lastly, I fractured my maxillary sinus bone and also ended up putting my bottom teeth through my bottom lip and ended up with a gash in my chin.

I have been in the hospital for 10 days now and am expected to be here for at minimum 2 more weeks. When I am released from the hospital I will be going straight to inpatient therapy for 2 to 6 weeks.

Because I will not be walking for quite some time, I'm also looking to raise money to put a simple toilet and vanity in our old laundry room on the first floor which will keep me from having to walk a flight of steps to use our only bathroom.
