As many of you know, it’s been an uphill battle with the City of Gastonia. Things have reached a point where I need legal help to protect what we’ve built together and to keep this dream alive.

They’ve blocked me from finishing the pool, claimed that private gatherings aren’t allowed at a private residence, refused to let the surveyor adjust the property lines so the well sits properly with the house, and are rejecting the drawings I submitted to reverse-permit the deck.

At this point, I have no choice but to take legal action for harassment and fight to preserve this vision — our vision — and everything we’ve created here.

I’ve poured my heart, soul, and every resource I have into this property. To move forward, I need to raise a $5,000 retainer to hire a strong attorney who can stand up to the city on my behalf.
