Help Don Heal and Come Home

Don Reed Simmons is someone Tina cares deeply about, and right now Don needs the same love and support that he has so freely given to so many others. Don is one of the most Christ-like people Tina has ever known, always offering kindness, compassion, integrity, and a sincere desire to serve. He has spent so much of his life helping people reconnect with their inner divinity and deepen their relationship with the Divine. In the middle of a major life transition, Don fell while unloading the very last box and fractured his hip. He is now facing surgery, recovery, rehabilitation, and time away from the work he loves.

This fundraiser is meant to help ease the burden while Don heals. Support will go toward medical and recovery expenses, transportation, everyday living costs, and lost income during this difficult season. Tina also hopes to bring Don back to Destin as soon as he is medically able, so he can recover in a peaceful place and focus fully on getting stronger. It is heartbreaking to see someone who has already endured so much physical pain face another difficult recovery, and Tina wants Don to have the time and security to heal without the pressure of rushing back to work.
