Help Don Perkey Jr Overcome Health Challenges

Hi, my name is Don Perkey, Jr. I am looking for lots of help. I have suffered 4 heart attacks, 3 strokes (the most recent stroke left me blind), and an amputated toe. All contributing to my now lifelong disability. My Medicare coverage only goes so far.

More procedures are inevitable.

I simply can't afford to get the treatments and medications I need.
