Help Don Jrs medical journey

Hi my name is Donald DeHarde Jr. in beggining october i experienced multiple pain all thruout my back and neck. I went to the er a total of five times,the fifth time was at a different hospital and i ended up having infection in multiple spots in my body, in my blood, spine, neck and foot. I ended up almost dieing multiple times due to complications with my type two diabeties, having to be intubated and sadated for almost three weeks alone and having back surgery to remove two infected disks and multiple ofther sergerys one includeing removeing two toes to remove infection. After two months in the hospital in and out off icu i had to spend a month in a reabilitation center because i have to relearn how to walk and all. As of a couple of weeks ago i returned home but thats not the end. Since having to relearn how to walk and to daily things i am still not 100 precent back to normal, I still have a portible iv and a cathador which may be preminant due to damage to my bladder and kidneyse and am slowly walking with a walker and help from others. I have no idea when i am gonna be able to go back to work and on top of this i just lost my insurence due to not working and i was turned down for disability. With me out of work we loose out of two incomes. Between my wife and daughter trying to pay bills and all were trying. which leads to my reasonings for making this go fund me, between the monthly bills, food costs, hospital copays and bills and gas its been hard and anything can help at this point.
