Help Don get (a) Hip!

Our Dear friend, Don Alberts is facing an unexpected hurdle on his journey to better health. He is scheduled for a much-needed hip replacement in mid-May, a procedure that will help him continue his weight loss progress and improve his quality of life. However, Don recently discovered an old medical bill that needs to be paid before he can move forward with the surgery.

Don has been working hard, both physically and mentally, to get to this point, and it’s heartbreaking that a financial setback could prevent him from getting the hip replacement he’s been so excited about.

As a long-time friend of Don, I’m creating this fundraiser to see if we can help him cover the cost of this unexpected bill and ensure that he gets the surgery he needs. Don has been a loyal friend to so many in the Pendleton and Eugene communities for years, always ready to lend a hand, offer support, or give the shirt off his back.
