Please keep Don in your prayers. He is facing surgery to remove a substantial size tumor from the base of his neck and surrounding tissue and further treatments. Suffering cancer almost the size of a baseball has been quite cumbersome in itself. Starting out small and manageable with less invasive treatment, it has grown wildly out of control. Treatments and surgery (finally) are rolling his way after a long struggle to secure more adequate insurance. Government offices gave him the runaround for months before finally approving coverage. Thanks to office workers for returning to actually answering phone calls for seniors! Yay!

So far, all tests, visits, drugs, treatments, scans, supplies, etc., have been out of pocket and are many thousands of $$$$$ thus far, with much more (even with medical coverage now) anticipated in the near future.
