Help Don and Sushinobo in Vinings
Donation protected
Don Tsunafuji has spent most of his life doing what he loves; creating delicious food for his community. He's worked very hard, putting in long hours, and having little time for much else. But now all that is in jeopardy.
This past year Don was diagnosed with cancer. It required a very invasive surgery, long recovery, and he's now undergoing chemo. As most of you know this takes a heavy toll on the body. Despite his diagnosis, Don worked as much as he could.
Then Coronavirus hit. This virus has taken an already suffering business and has almost destroyed it. Don's wife, Verna, and the staff are trying to keep the restaurant going as best they can. With Don going through chemo, he can't even leave the house due to his compromised immune system. The city of Smyrna announced today (3/20) that restaurants can no longer operate dine in services. So now Sushinobo is forced to only do to-go orders. We hope that the drastic measures being taken by local governments help to shorten the life of this catastrophe. But in the meantime, we're hoping to keep Sushinobo operational. Please be assured that we following all CDC guidelines for safety, health, and sanitation.
We hope that you'll consider making a donation, placing a to-go order, or buying a giftcard. Every little bit helps. Please help us save Sushinobo!
Thank you,
The Sushinobo Team
