Help Dominique Prove Innocence and Find Justice

The night of June 11, 2021 was the night my entire world shattered. As I drove through a thunderstorm with my three children, our car hydroplaned and collided with median. The impact injured my youngest daughter, Tru-Dior, who was just three years old. She was rushed to the hospital, where she endured emergency surgery. For weeks, I was at her bedside, consumed by fear and hope, praying with all my heart for her recovery.

But on July 1, 2021, my birthday, our worst fears were realized. Due to complications from the surgery, Tru-Dior passed away. Since that day, I have been grappling with the immense pain of losing my youngest child of three and struggling to piece my life back together.

Now, three years later, the weight of this tragedy has grown even heavier. On February 14, 2024, the State of Michigan charged me with Tru-Dior’s death. In my desperation, I spent all my savings, $10,000, on a lawyer who failed to properly defend me. I am now seeking the best possible legal representation to fight for my freedom and prove my innocence. I need $25,000 to cover the retainer fee for a competent lawyer. This is how the funds will be utilized.
