Help Dominic get: Stem Cell Treatment

Hello. This is my son Dominic. He is a sweet and kind little boy. He fell and stopped breathing when he was 5 years old which resulted in a brain injury that affected his cognition and communication skills. He was evaluated and placed on the autistic spectrum.
