I’m currently in my final year of school getting my degree in fashion design. For our final year appeal design students work on their final collection. Our collection consist of 8 complete looks. The students are responsible for the fabrics, and any other notions such as fusing, buttons zippers etc. we are also responsible for raising funds to build our own booths during the fashion show and we most also help provide funding for models for the fashion show. On top of paying for shcool its self and my other classes, the cost quickly add up. For example, for one look if I were to do a shirt and jacket that could equal up to 6+ yards of fabric depending on the design. Depending on the fabric it could cost $7-$30 a yard and if I have to get the fabric shipped in shipping cost are also added to that. Which quickly adds up. I set my donation based on estimated prices and yardage of fabrics but also based up on how much collections students spent on their looks last year. I do work while in school but this will allow my to take care of my collection and cost of shcool and everyday expenses

The funds will go towards tuition and supplies for collections and my other classes next semester. If I have any funds left over after this I will make sure it’s donated and or given back to the school. 

Anything given helps me focus more on my education so I can finish what needs to be finished, while also gaining the funds to effectively get through collections. Your support means so much to me, and I truly appreciate any help you can offer.
