Dominic, my nephew, his girlfriend Ashley, and their dogs have faced more adversity than most people could imagine. For years, they struggled with homelessness, working hard to find stability and hope. About a year ago, I helped them return to Utah, closer to family and friends who could support them. Dominic found a job in Magna, and together with Ashley and their dogs, they made a home in an RV.

Just a few weeks ago, tragedy struck when their RV caught fire, destroying not only their shelter but also their means of getting to work. Dominic, Ashley, and their dogs lost everything in that fire—their home, their transportation, and the little stability they had managed to build. Since then, they have been surviving homelessness, but right now, thanks to a generous person, they are staying in a hotel for a few more days. After Christmas Eve, however, they will have nowhere to go and will be forced back onto the streets if we can't find help in time.

This is a dire situation, and we are reaching out to our community for urgent support.
