On November 15th, 2019, Domingo's life was drastically changed. Domingo was the victim of an unexpected house fire. Despite Domingo's mother running into the flames to rescue her son, Domingo did suffer severe burns to over 33% of his body. Since that tragic day, Domingo has remained in the Intensive Care Unit at Akron Children's Hospital. Domingo has had to undergo 5 major surgeries and will likely remain in the hospital for an extended period of time.
In addition to Domingo's severe injuries, the family has lost everything in this devastating fire. Any funds raised will be used to help with the cost of medical expenses and help the family with rebuilding their basic needs.
