Please Help my dad ♥️

Hi my name is Gianna. My dad is Domenic. Over the past few years my dads health in all facets has been declining. In 2014 he got the gastric bypass and lost about 115 pounds. During the next few years the ph balance in his body along with the wrong type of calcium caused his teeth to decay and rot out of his mouth. This in turn makes him in pain at all times and makes it difficult to eat which made him lose a drastic amount of weight. He went from weighing 300 pounds to weighing 195 pounds. This past week my father collapsed onto my mom in the bathroom. We rushed him to the emergency room and the drs admitted him. They diagnosed him with vasovagal syncope. They said it was caused by being severely stressed and malnutrition due to him being in pain from his mouth and not being able to eat. He also needs to wear a Holter monitor and have oral surgery in May. Please help our family. My dad is the breadwinner for our family. He does so much for everyone else that I feel like I need to try and do something for him
