Help Dom Achieve Their Dream of Top Surgery

Hello beautiful people! My name is Domane Domino and I am asking for your support in achieving my personal dream of top surgery. The idea, even the possibility, of getting to live my life with confidence in a body that feels like mine is something I think about daily; it would quite literally be a weight off my chest.

I came out publicly as trans in 2020 and began my transition process. The process has had many twists and turns over the past five years, but living my life with honesty and pride has been an incredible feeling. While the transition has continued to empower me, I continue to live with body dysphoria. I completed the consultation with my surgeon in September 2024 and although the process has been slow, I've finally received a date for my planned surgery: February 4th, 2026!

The current state for trans people in America isn't easy to navigate, and there is imminent fear and risk for most of us. Furthermore, asking for help has never been easy for me. However, with how things seem to be trending for trans people in the medical field and my local community, I feel that this is my best and biggest opportunity to be able to receive top surgery.

I am incredibly excited for my surgery and the future where I am fully myself. Unfortunately, my insurance will not cover any part of the surgery process. My work as a private contractor, in both an animal caretaker and as a delivery driver, does not pay incredibly well. While I have monthly bills and responsibilities, which consumes most of my income, I do my best to save. The surgery is quite expensive to me, and the entire cost is due in full 2 weeks before my surgery date.

Given that the surgery is rather invasive, it is expected that I will be unable to work for about 2-3 months after the surgery so all donations will go to surgery costs and keeping me afloat during the recovery period. I greatly appreciate any and all donations, as they will bring me closer to the dream of being able to live comfortably and happy in my skin.
