Dom Marjan was ordained priest a year ago in the Archdiocese of Shkodër-Pult. He is the parish priest of “Zoja e Ngjitun Në Qiell” in Barbullush and “Shën Llezhdri" in Shllak. He also covers the “Shën Gjoni” chapel in Hoten/Mali i Jushit, part of Barbullush parish.
At the same time, he is responsible for the formation of children and youth through the "Scout d'Europe" chapter.
Dom Marjan has taken several initiatives to make some much-needed improvements in all three churches where he is the pastor as well as helping the youth scouts.
The Church of Barbullush needs many improvements, such as; a new bell, fix the altar, painting and fixtures, and more. The estimated costs are $13,000.
The church of Hoten (Mali i Jushit), which is part of the parish of Barbullush, was built over a decade ago, but some parts were never finished, such as; the bell, sacristy, and ceiling. It also needs fresh paint and other fixtures inside and out. The estimated costs are $10,000.
The church of Shllak is in need of fixing the church and house in the village of LokGegaj and Ukbibaj and also to orgainze a symposium for the area of Shllak. The estimated costs are $12,000.
For the young scout group, there is a need to buy camping materials, uniforms, and various training tools, etc. The estimated costs are $10,000.

Per Famulline e Shllakut ka nevoje te rregulloje Kishen dhe Shtepine ne Fshatin LokGegaj e Ukbibaj dhe gjithashtu te organizoje nje simpozium per zonen e Shllakut. (12.000$)
Per grupin skaut ka nevoje te bleje materiale kampingu, uniforma, mjete te ndryshme per formim etj. (10.000$)
