Hi my name is Manuela Dela Cruz and I'm humbly reaching out on behalf of my dearest best friend Kristine Imatong Castro to raise funds for her beloved mother, Dolores Eming Imatong. I've known Kristine and her family for over 20 years, and they are family to me.

On July 11 , Dolores suffered a massive heart attack not just one but four times between July 11 to July 21. After extensive testing doctors discovered that her main artery is completely blocked along with two minor arteries. As if that weren't enough her Kidneys and lungs are now compromised and she also battling pneumonia.

She is currently undergoing

Dolores is a kindhearted, helpful and joyful person who has always been full of life and love. It's heartbreaking to see her in this condition, and even more painful to watch my best friend Kristine and their family struggle emotionally and financially through this crisis.
