Dolly’s journey began on the side of the road during a bitterly cold night. A kind family found her and gave her food, water, and a blanket, but they couldn’t take her home. With temperatures well below freezing, I knew I couldn’t leave her out there alone. Dolly is only 22 pounds and, by the time I reached her, she had just about given up. I brought her home, where she is now safe, warm, and surrounded by love.
Dolly needs immediate medical attention for fever and dehydration. Once she’s feeling better, she’ll also need standard vetting—vaccinations, heartworm tests, and to be spayed—so she can have the best chance at a healthy, happy life. My hope is to help her recover fully and find her a wonderful forever home where she’ll never have to worry again.
I’m reaching out because I can’t do this alone. Dolly’s care is more than I can manage by myself, and your compassion and support would mean the world to both of us. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Dolly heal and move one step closer to the loving home she deserves. Thank you for considering helping Dolly on her journey to a brighter future.
