Help Dolly Beat Cancer: Support Her Surgery
Donation protected
- Meet Dolly, my 8-year-old brindle beagle girl who loves the great outdoors, howling at the moon, catching critters, and living her best life. Recently, I noticed a couple of lumps on her, with one suddenly appearing on her ankle overnight. I immediately reached out to her vet, who was kind enough to fit her in first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, Dolly was diagnosed with two Mast Cell Tumors. These tumors are the most common form of skin cancer in dogs, and if left untreated, they can be deadly. Dolly is scheduled to have both tumors removed in a couple of weeks, but the cost of the surgery is quite high. While Dolly is otherwise in great health, these lumps need to be taken care of to keep her that way. As any dog parent knows, we’d do anything for our fur babies. Dolly is not just my dog, but my soul dog. As a young woman in my twenties, she’s been there with me through all of life’s highs and lows. With this surgery, we hope Dolly will be able to enjoy another wonderful 8 years of life. If you're able to help support her surgery, it would mean the world to me. If not, sharing this message would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
