My name is Gloria Hall, and for years l've poured my heart into my soul food restaurant( Doll’s Kitchen), where every dish tells a story of love, tradition, and flavor passed down through generations. From crispy fried chicken and creamy mac 'n' cheese to collard greens simmered just right, my cooking brings people together and fills them with comfort. On top of running the restaurant, I'm known for my homemade desserts-think rich sweet potato pie, moist red velvet cake, and peach cobbler that tastes like home. Now I'm ready to expand that magic beyond the four walls and bring it straight to the streets with my own soul food food truck. This isn't just a business move; it's about sharing more joy, feeding more neighbors, and turning my lifelong passion into a rolling celebration of soulful eats.

Launching a food truck is an exciting next step, but it comes with real startup costs that I've been working hard to cover through the restaurant. The funds from this campaign will go directly toward purchasing a reliable truck (or finishing the custom build-out), installing essential kitchen equipment like commercial fryers, griddles, refrigeration, and a generator, securing all necessary health permits, licenses, and inspections, and stocking up on initial inventory of fresh ingredients and supplies. My goal 20,000 which will get the truck fully operational and serving hot plates and sweet treats as quickly as possible.
