Hey Y’all. Dollii back again here to ask for your help.

As some of you may know the past couple of years have been very rough on me financially. But after a good consultation from a friend and a little help, I began the steps towards reaching financial stability.

I found a tiny room in a nice house for $913 vs my former space share of $1,450 which was going to go past $1600 in May which is actually impossible for me to maintain.

I officially paid off the month of April at my current place, we will only owe $350-$500 each (my roommate and i) prorated rent for May as we put in our 30 day notice the 9th of April. I won’t know how much it is exactly until the first but the leasing office gave us two varying estimates.

I will be able to cover my own rent for May with my paycheck but I need some assistance with the deposit which is another $913.

Then I’m asking for $100 for a U-Haul as I will be able to take my couch and TV + Stand with me to my new place.

Since my room is so small I would like to use some of the remaining money to get furniture and storage that is “small room” friendly as I won’t be able to take my bed with me because of the size of my room.

Any money left will be used for utilities, toiletries, groceries and public transit to and from work. NO MORE UBERS!!!!! Yay!

Also I found great part time work barbacking for private events at $40/hr + my day job pay so once I’m settled in I will definitely be able to maintain myself with out so much help and even save money to be able to just enjoy my life.

I want to say thank you who has ever donated to me and supported me. You are one of the reasons I’ve been able to stay in the bay for 13 years and counting. <3
