Hello everyone,
I am Dana, a dental graduate from the University of Palestine in Gaza, with a university degree, but unfortunately I was unable to complete my dental dream because of the war.
This is my brother Azeez, who was unable to complete the third dental year for the same reason (the war on the Gaza Strip).
Since October 7, we have had to evacuate the house and displace several times and live in inhumane conditions. We have tried to help ourselves and our family to provide what we can to live. There has been a lot of suffering, whether by providing water or getting a source to charge mobile phones in order to try to keep communicating with the outside world, and providing basic needs such as food has been one of the most difficult things.
We have abandoned our dreams and ambition throughout this period, all in order to provide some life supplies to anyone.
We crashed when we learned about the bombing of the university that Abdelaziz was studying. This means that there is no hope of completing his education there. All educational documents and documents have been lost. This would delay his university degree for years, as well as the destruction of many health centers and hospitals, the last of which was the destruction of the largest medical complex in the Gaza Strip, meaning that I cannot practice a dental profession there.

We worked so much and tried so hard for the last six months to survive ourselves and our people from death, and we did it and we were able to leave for Egypt, but the evacuation was very very expensive and there was little left with us to support ourselves.
We now need money for Azeez to complete his studies abroad and I want to practice dentistry in a different environment and community to complete my ambition and help my parents.
Explain how the funds will be used:
- Living outside with family (rent an apartment, food, drink and other natural life supplies): between $1000 - $1500 per month
So at least there will be a three-year stability abroad until life things are rearranged:

- Subscribe to a number of development courses with dental professionals to start working at the Dental Center abroad: $6000 per year
