Help Doc and River rebuild

Last week, Doc and River's house caught fire. While thankfully they and their dogs are unharmed, the house is uninhabitable and will be for months. They are staying in a hotel and looking for a place to live while their home is repaired, but housing in Portland is expensive and hard to find.
