Help Little Dobby Heal!

We recently found a puppy, we named Dobby in a heartbreaking condition, abandoned by the roadside, suffering from a large wound on his neck and severe mange. He has several infections, worms, and so many cuts and wounds. He desperately needs medical intervention to heal and live a happy, healthy life.

He is the sweetest boy and we want to give him all of the necessary tools to heal.
