Hey everyone, my name is Deven Watts, aka DjNova. I’ve been competing in the FGC (Fighting Game Community) for 3 years now and have been serious in competition and travel for a little over a year. I was able to travel with the help of friends, family, and at the time, a good pay from my job.

However, this year has been very difficult for any of that as I’ve had a terrible back injury that has held me down mentally, physically, and financially. I’ve had a lack of pay to stay financially comfortable. I missed many events like Frosty Faustings, Combo Breaker, and Texas Showdown. I barely made it to Evo, but that wasn’t enjoyed with how poorly I performed due to all the mental stress plaguing me that day.

CEO is just around the corner and I really can’t miss this. I already had my flight bought pre-injury and now I’m struggling to get my registration, my hotel, and enough money for food. Please help me afford this trip so I can continue my career and continue striving to be the best.
